    100% Recommend!

These truly are great snow boots. I have worn Muck boots for years, and never knew what I was missing until I tried this Insulated Badger boot. It is warmer then the competition, as well as more comfortable in both fit and support. I really like the heal kick to take them off when I come in from shoveling snow. I spent about 6 straight hours snow blowing in them my first time wearing them and my feet never got cold, and stayed dry. Worth every penny!

Badger Boots vs. Muck and LaCrosse

Compared to Muck, the rubber on the badger boots is far superior. In the past I have purchased Muck boots and walked through rough terrain over jagged rock formations after my first time wearing them and the rubber started to split and break up (this did not happen with the Badger boots). The comfort level on these badger boots is far superior to Lacrosse or Muck. However, although these boots are superior in comfort and true to size, they are difficult to take off after wearing them. This was probably my fault and I should have gotten one size larger so that they are easier to remove since this is what I have done every time I have purchased high end rubber boots in the past. Another reason I would consider getting a half size or full size larger is because I always wear my pants inside my

rubber boots. Although extremely comfortable, the Badger boots did NOT offer much room to slip jeans inside the boot. As long as you are continuously moving, these boots will certainly offer a good amount of warmth in freezing temperatures. I would NOT recommend wearing these boots while sitting outdoors for long periods of time in temperatures below 40˚- 45˚ with a light or medium weight sock. Another thing that I like with these badger boots is that the rubber does NOT have a strong chemical/rubber smell to them. LaCrosse boots have that smell and the Muck boots I have tried in the past do NOT have the smell and this is important for the hunting community. Rubber boots that come with a…
