    The Company

    This review is not indicative of the product, but the company Tingley. This order was placed in error, and I called twice to have the order cancelled, both times before the order had been filled. Both times I was assured someone would reach out to me before the product would be shipped out. After 4 hours, no response, and an email stating the item had shipped I called a third time. The customer service representative was polite, and assured I would receive an email with a return label. This never happened. I called again and was told I need to initiate the return through email. I did as I was asked, and have not received a response after a week of waiting. This whole process has been going on for two weeks and their site states something about easy 30 day returns. This has been a nightmare and I have had no help offered, no response, no acknowledgement, nothing. Going forward I will be avoiding Tingley and the MCR Safety Group. Their customer service is non existent.

    Experience purchasing through Tingley's online store

    I found the website easy to navigate and complete my order. I was very pleased with the confirmation, notice of shipment and notice of delivery for my order.

    All in all I found ordering through the Tingley website a very easy and pleasant process.
