I bought this as a zip in liner to my outer shell SYNC jacket. It drastically improved how warm I am without feeling bulky. My work has me out in all weather and often up in a bucket truck. Ive more than once unzipped my jacket a little from being too warm. It's a good jacket liner, if you're on the fence get off it and buy it.

Just got mine in today. It zipped perfectly into my ICON and the sleeve stays aligned just right. Elastic cuffs will certainly help keep the wind/snow/whatever out. It was in the 40's today and I spent most of the day with the jacket unzipped as the quilted liner is WARM! Great job Tingley!
